Programmes for Individuals
We start by listening to what you want and work from there to design a programme that is best for you. Broadly, our work is split across:
EXECUTIVE CAREER TRANSITION
- Senior Executive Outplacement – we help individuals to explore their options, plan their approach to the job market and implement the practical steps to make it happen.
- Portfolio Careers – for those wanting Non-Executive Directorships, Trusteeships or other part-time roles.
- Consultancy/Business Start-up – technical, practical and moral support for those looking to branch out on their own.
- Specialist Introductions – introducing individuals to the market through our extensive network of mentors, recruiters, alumni and other contacts; in some cases setting up shadowing opportunities.
- Bespoke Workshops – including Outplacement, Interview Training, CV Preparation, Networking Skills Development and Pre-Retirement Planning.
EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT
- Potential Evaluation Programme (PEP) – an intensive programme that gets results fast, identifying and unlocking potential that could otherwise go to waste.
- Executive Coaching – sets business leaders in the right direction and provides momentum for lasting change.
- FIRST100 – structured coaching support to ensure speedy, smooth and successful integration into a new role.
- Mentoring – from diverse business backgrounds, our expert panel of mentors pass on the benefit of their first-hand experience.
- Non-Executive Directorship Programme – develops a thorough understanding of, and approach to, good non-executive leadership.
- Bespoke Workshops – in areas that include Developing Board Skills, Effective Networking, Career Evaluation Training and Performance Coaching.
SONS & DAUGHTERS PROGRAMME
In recent years we have developed a service in response to requests from younger people at an earlier stage in their career, or from clients who have asked us to support their children. This programme, designed and delivered by Elizabeth Reddish, is for:
- Parents seeking advice for teenagers wondering whether or not to pursue their education to tertiary level, and if not, how to help them make decisions about their professional future
- People in their twenties and early thirties who find themselves dissatisfied with their career choices and need assistance to take stock, evaluate alternative options and take strategic steps into the future
