After a PhD and three years on the academic staff of Bradford University Business School, Leonard joined Texaco Ltd and spent 24 years, latterly at UK Board level, in senior marketing, operational and planning roles. Other roles include Head of Development for Zurich Global Energy, Managing Director of UK Operations for American Retail Online and Non-Executive Chairman of Iskra.
His experience spans oil, chemicals, insurance, e-commerce, strategic planning, supply and operations, e-tailing and consumer and industrial marketing. This breadth of experience and thirst for innovation brings dividends to his clients at EA.
