About Us

Executive Action (EA) has been supporting senior executives for over 30 years and has a deserved reputation for offering an innovative, in-depth and bespoke service to individuals and teams. With particular strengths in the senior-level coaching and outplacement space, we also offer support through team and executive skills-based training and development.

As a boutique practice we pride ourselves on our approach – rejecting commoditised or ‘tick box’ services, we focus instead on listening to what an organisation or individual needs and then bringing our expertise to bear.

Our Search

While wholeheartedly committed to maintaining our particular ethos and style of working, the current team of Directors needs to grow to meet our existing and future client needs.

To this end, we are currently looking to recruit a small number of individuals who share our aims and beliefs, as well as our ambition to grow the business. On the back of a strategic review we have designed a programme which we feel is both attractive and practical for those who want to be part of something genuinely special in executive development.

The Role

Initially operating within your own practice, we are seeking to recruit Associates who will, over time, be invited to become Directors of the company and play a full part in growing the business. We are looking for individuals happy to join a small, dedicated group of professionals and be a part of a business with a focused, values-driven approach which actively seeks to provide excellence in its field.

In order to be considered for this post, applicants will need to have the following:

  • A recognised qualification in coaching or leadership and executive development
  • A track record of operating in the private sector delivering executive development
  • Evidence of business development skills and an established network of contacts

Successful applicants will be invited to a presentation giving further information about EA, our strategy and approach, as well the detail of equity participation when becoming a Director.

The roles are based in London but consideration will be given to those operating outside the south east.
